What you buy
A personal job-search diagnostic for Data & BI roles: a written search map, resume and LinkedIn recommendations, a review of your existing portfolio, role and market fit, an application message, prioritised actions, a tracker and a written results review. An expert session is included. The service costs $300 USD for the US offer or €200 EUR for the European offer, as shown at checkout, paid once.
Before the new applications
We agree in writing on your starting conversion rate, the target roles, the changes to implement, a batch size of 20–40 suitable applications and how long each application will be allowed to receive a reply. You share a usable application history so the starting rate can be calculated. If you do not yet have a usable baseline, we agree how to establish it before beginning the comparison.
What we measure
Conversion = applications that lead to an interview ÷ eligible applications submitted. An interview is an invitation to a recruiter screen or a hiring interview. An application counts once, even if it leads to several interviews. Employer reply time is the same for the baseline and the new batch; applications with shorter observation time are not included yet.
When you get the full refund
Implement the agreed changes, complete and record the agreed batch of 20–40 suitable applications, and wait for the agreed response window. If the new conversion rate is equal to or below your baseline, you qualify for a full refund of the service fee. There is no minimum percentage uplift you must reach to qualify: any failure to increase the measured rate triggers the guarantee.
How to request it
After the results review, email info@brighter.rocks with your payment email and application tracker. We verify the agreed comparison and return the full fee to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the refund appears.
What this promise covers
The promise concerns the agreed application-to-interview conversion. It does not promise a job offer, a salary level or a fixed date for finding work. A valid comparison requires the agreed role criteria and changes; we cannot compare incomplete records or two batches given different times to receive replies. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
